Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-04-21

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using The Mixing Blueprint ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Mixing Blueprint provides tools for DJs to analyze audio tracks (BPM, key, structure detection), integrate with their Discogs collection, and discover music. The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Results are AI-generated estimates and may not be accurate.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • One account per person. You may not share credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and verify your email.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload copyrighted audio you do not own or have license to analyze.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or authentication.
  • Redistribute or resell any analysis results, exports, or data obtained from the Service without explicit permission.

5. Subscription Tiers & Payment

The Service offers a Free tier with monthly usage limits and a Pro tier with expanded quotas. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Discogs via OAuth. Discogs has its own terms which apply when you use that integration. We do not store your Discogs password — only the OAuth access tokens you explicitly authorize.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, UI, and branding, is owned by The Mixing Blueprint. Audio you upload remains your property. We claim no rights over your content. Analysis results (BPM, key, structure timestamps) are yours to use freely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mixing Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
